If you enable automatic in-office logging, the App uses your device’s location services to detect when you’re at your office location. This data is:
- Stored only on your device
- Never transmitted to our servers
- Used solely to automatically log your office attendance
- Can be disabled at any time in app settings

You can export your attendance data as a CSV file at any time. This export is generated locally on your device and shared only at your discretion.

Hybrid Work Planner may use third-party services for analytics and crash reporting. These services have their own privacy policies regarding data collection.
Employer Access
We do not share your data with your employer. Any sharing of your exported attendance data is entirely under your control.
Your Rights
