By downloading, installing, or using LingoSwipe (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

LingoSwipe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
User Responsibilities

- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

The vocabulary content, images, audio, and example sentences provided in LingoSwipe are for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LingoSwipe, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
In-App Purchases
Some features or content may require in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
