All content, features, and functionality of QuirkyQuotes, including but not limited to quotes, character designs, graphics, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
In-App Purchases
Some features or content may require in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

User-Generated Content
If the App allows you to share quotes or create collections, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the App.
