The public holiday calendars included in the App:
- Are updated annually with app updates
- May not reflect last-minute changes or regional variations
- Should be verified with official government sources for accuracy
- Are provided for planning purposes only
Employer and Travel Policies
The App is designed to help you plan vacations, but:
- You are responsible for complying with your employer’s actual vacation policies
- You must obtain proper approval for time off from your employer
- The App does not replace official company systems or approval processes
- Travel plans should be confirmed with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will always be available or uninterrupted
- Public holiday data will be current in real-time
- Vacation planning suggestions will always be optimal for your situation

All content, features, and functionality of Vacation Maximizer are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Free Service
Vacation Maximizer is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:
- Introduce paid features in the future
- Modify or discontinue the service
- Change pricing models with appropriate notice

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Public holiday information will always be accurate
- Vacation planning suggestions will be suitable for your circumstances
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Travel-related losses or expenses
- Missed vacation opportunities
- Employment-related consequences
- Inaccuracies in planning or holiday information
- Lost or corrupted vacation planning data
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
